The bending limiter provides essential submarine cable bending protection at the lower ports of offshore wind power I pipe and J pipe installations. It is mounted on the buoyancy module outside the marine riser column.

Key structural components include:

  • Semi-annular female end

  • Auxiliary pipeline channel
  • Riser column channel

The semi-annular female end connects with the male end via snap ring and groove mechanism. The snap groove is integrated into the female end's outer sides, while the snap ring is installed on the male end for secure connection.
